When you choose any of our courses, please contact us and we will answer all your questions. Before you start a course with us, we will assess your English knowledge to make sure the course level is suitable for you. After that, you need to pay the course fee. We will send you all the learning materials needed for your course. You will be contacted by your teacher on Skype.
Scheduling Policy
As our student, you need to decide which days of the week you want to have online English lessons. If you are too busy with work during the week, please consider having lessons at the weekend.
Example: You may want to have two lessons a week. Choose two days of the week and the time you want to schedule.
Rescheduling Policy
It is possible to reschedule your booked lessons 24 hours in advance.
Our English Speaking Course offers lessons per month. If you reschedule your weekly lessons, you need to take them in the same week.
Payment Policy
Payments are processed through PayPal. We send an invoice via email with information about the course and the price. If you accept the invoice, you can pay by debit/credit card (e.g. VISA, MasterCard) or by PayPal. You can also pay by clicking the "Buy Now" button. Package Expiration Policy
Our English Speaking Course is fixed per month. Please consider each package carefully before buying. You need to take the number of lessons per month.
Transfer Policy
If you want to transfer to another course, please send us an email at [email protected] or a message on Skype. We will discuss everything and make it possible for you to start a different course.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you have already started your course, we will give you a refund, but we keep the right to deduct the money for the lessons you have had before termination.
Sick Days and Unexpected Emergencies
In case of emergencies, please send an email as soon as you can to [email protected] or send a message to your teacher on Skype.
Emergency situations may include: Internet connection problems, power outage, health problems, and more.
