What is the duration of each course?

The duration of the courses is as following: 

• General English Course - 48 lessons (each lesson is 45 minutes long) 
• Travel English Course - You will have 90 days from when you first log in to complete the self-study course. 
• English Speaking Course - one month or longer 
• English Speaking and Writing Course - two weeks, one month or longer 
• IELTS Speaking Course - one month or longer 
• IELTS Speaking Exam Preparation Course - UNLIMITED ACCESS! 
• Business English Speaking Course - 30 lessons (each lesson is 60 minutes long) 

how are the courses conducted?

• We offer 1-on-1 online courses. We will assign a personal foreign teacher to you who will call you via Skype according to your schedule. 
• If you take the English Speaking and Writing Course, you will send your assignments via email. 
• ​You can do the self-study Travel English course in our learning platform. 

how do i get started?

You can contact us directly and ask us for the course of your choice. We will assess your level to make sure the course will not be too easy or difficult for you. Once you have made payment, we will discuss your schedule (the days of the week and time when you want to have lessons), send you materials, and you will be assigned to a personal foreign teacher.

Some of our courses are provided on our learning platform where you will enjoy plenty of learning activities.

Once you have made payment for the self-study Travel English course, you can create a username and a password. Once this is completed, you will be able to log and access the course 7 days a week 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. We will give you access to the course in 24 hours after we process your transaction. 

how much are the fees?

The information is provided on each course page. 

If you do not manage to finish the self-study Travel English course in time, do not worry! You can purchase an additional month or two weeks at a nominal fee. 

1 month extension = $15.00 
14 days extension = $7.50

will i have to buy any textbooks?

​We provide all the learning materials and you don't have to pay extra for them. 

what are the payment methods?

We send an invoice via email with information about the course and the price. If you accept the invoice, you can pay by debit/credit card (e.g. VISA, MasterCard) or by PayPal. 
​PayPal is the world’s most popular online payment system and is both safe and convenient. 

will i get any refund if i wish to terminate or withdraw from the course?

​If you have already started your course, we will give you a refund, but we keep the right to deduct the money for the lessons you have had before termination. 

is it possible to change the course?

Yes, it is. If you decide to choose another course, you can terminate your current one. We will deduct the money for the lessons you have already had (if any), and if the price of the new course is higher, then you will need to pay so that you cover the fee.
We also need to make sure your current level of English is suitable for the course.
