English Speaking and Writing Course!

If you are busy on a daily basis, but you still want to practise English, then this course is for you. 

This course aims at helping English learners improve both speaking and writing.

The course will help you organise your thoughts and express them effectively as well as increase your overall language proficiency. 

In written language there is a greater expectation of accuracy in language such as grammar, vocabulary and spelling. It is also important how you organise your ideas to make the message clearer. 

Students will be given interesting and enjoyable writing tasks and also personal choice in topics.

OPTIONS

1. One speaking task and two writing assignments per week. 
2. Two speaking tasks and one writing assignment per week. ​

Speaking tasks are recorded. Each recording should be limited to 15 minutes. 

​Speaking tasks and writing assignments depend on students' level of English as well as learning needs. We will take care of that. 

​Students will be given tasks and they will receive feedback three times a week.

FEEDBACK ON SPEAKING TASKS

• Fluency - how well you communicate meaning rather than how many mistakes you make in grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary 
• Accuracy - how correct you use the language, including use of grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary ​

FEEDBACK ON WRITING ASSIGNMENTS

• ​Feedback on content - It is based on whether you meet the assignment requirements and what ideas come across well. 
• Feedback on form - grammar, punctuation, spelling, word choice, etc.

One month - $40.00

You need to pay in full at least 24 hours before your course begins. ​​
